I have always used the soft gummy type cases for my phones and saw the description for this case as soft rubber not realizing it was very different from what I thought I would be getting. I ordered the black rubberized case that turned out to be a two-piece snap together case, and it fits my LG L34C perfectly. The front piece snaps onto the back piece just like a back cover snaps onto a phone. The two halves match perfectly to give a snug fit with full coverage on the rear and sides of the phone while allowing plenty of open space to access the lock button, volume buttons, earphone jack, usb charging socket, and camera.This is a very nice and inexpensive rigidly constructed case with a rubberized texture on the outside that when mounted, is not removed without some deliberate effort to do so. It allows protection for the phone while not causing unsightly bulkiness or making the phone cumbersome to use in any way. This is a plastic case, covered with a very thin Rubberized product. They call it crystallize rubber. No it isn't all rubber or gel, It has a textured feel, not a plastic ,slick feel. The cover has some traction, and grip to it. It will protect your phone. If dropped I don't know if it would crack, but it will protect your phone from breaking. It snaps together easily and has a slot near the bottom edge to unsnap it with your nails are a tool. All buttons, controls, camera, mic, phone and mini port +reset, have ample room to operate easily. This cover helps in the control of accidental use of any control button. The face (edges) are deep enough to set your phone face down without scratching the touch screen (on a flat surface). There is ample room for clear screen covers. Has a plain, clean design, nothing fancy. It doesn't seem to interfere with the signal strength, or affect the phones normal heating temperature. It does feel cooler in the hand, with the cover installed. Comes in rack style packaging. Made in China.

This arrived looking like a new case in a sealed plastic bag, but when I took it out, it had finger smudges all over it. Yuck.Also,all the way around on both front and back pieces the paint was chipped and worn off or something where it snaps together. Oh, the best part was: the other phone case came in a nice brown bubble mailer right? Well, here's this one in a plain old thin, white, business size envelope with a bunch of scotch tape wrapped around it lookin like it took a wrong turn on the way to Clovis! I had to laugh. And I also think that out of the $485 order I purchased, this was the one item I had to pay shipping on.Not positive on that,but I 'm thinkin it was.$3.95 or something, if so that's funny too.Anyway,I threw it away rather than hassle with returning it. So there you go.Review done. One star for the poor thing. Have a great day!

Purchased two of these after reading reviews. Biggest issue is them using the work "Rubbersized". What a joke.That should be the purpose of these things is to protect the phone. The amount of anything resembling rubber (whichis not what the coating is, more resembles black paint) is so thin it is a as noted a joke.Granted this cost is not crazy but the time and effort etc it. Do not know how so many people thought this was good,I waited to long so I will throw them out. Look for good phone protection not just a thin plastic painted cover.

Not too slippery to where it falls out of your hands easy. But still have to be careful with handling it. It's not rubber like I was looking for. Those are the best to have while dealing with handling your phone. At least it's not plastic. I've dropped my other phone so many times that it finally took it's last fall one day and not longer worked.. I can't keep having that happen. So if you're looking for a non slip case. This will work. It's a mixture between rubber and non slip material.

The "rubberized" case is sticky in patches. Every bit of fuzz sticks to it and makes the phone difficult to hold. The plastic around the latches began chipping within a few hours. On a positive note, the case was tough to take off. Going back to my old broken one for now.

This case is sturdy, fits the phone securely, and is not overly bulky. It's not as thickly rubber-laden as a case I had for a different phone, but by being a little leaner it fits in my pocket a little better, and I've decided that's a good thing. My only complaint is that, because it snaps together so strongly, it is difficult to separate the halves to insert a screen protector or a memory card. But I do that rarely.

It fits the phone nicely. Its not quite as rubbery as I had expected, but it does give the edge protection that I was after. Unfortunately, the desktop charging station that I had been using, does not fit quite well and I will not always make good connection for charging. I have reverted to direct connection to a cable which works correctly. The problem is the length of the usb connector and the thickness of the case.
