These brushes have been manufactured very much with the general Artist and Model Painter in mind. Nine brushes are available in the set (though the current photograph only shows 8) we have added a size 5/0 to the range to allow for the finest detail painting. The range consists of 5/0, 3/0, 0, 2, 4 & 6 in rounds and 1/8", 3/16" & 1/4" in flats. The rounds are suitable for precise detail and miniature work while the flat brushes are suitable for blocking and larger area coverage. The brushes are manufactured from a mix of taklon polyester filaments which is stiffer than standard watercolor brushes making them suitable for painting in all media including model painting acrylics and enamels.

Great brushes and very inexpensive!
I usually buy Silver Black Velvet and Princeton Velvetouch, even DaVinci Maastricht brushes, but decided to give these inexpensive brushes a try. Pleasantly surprised!!! They fine detail brushes and I bought the Pro Arte brand after watching Harriet de Winton use them for botanical watercolor on YouTube. Very happy with them, but would love the Pro Arte Masterstroke ones she uses most to be made available!
