EXCELLENT PRODUCT...for concrete basement floor cracks! Other caulks crack open when dried, this DRYLOCK did not shrink excessively, and 100% staying perfectly sealed! Keeps deadly moisture (mold) and Redon OUT of your home. A+... and I rate nothing A+. Very excellent product. One tube did entire basement cracks. Don’t even THINK of buying a different product! Trust me..I’m 62 and know junk and know quality. This is QUALITY!

Very good stuff that I cant find locally or at the BIG box. The price is high but the best mason/concrete sealer I've used.

Works well

We had a very thin crack running down the length of our foundation. Some water was leaking through this crack from the outside into our basement. So I applied Drylock by forcing it into the crack for the entire length and then feathering it out for several inches on both sides on a dry day. It set up for several days until the next rainy day. But after one week, it rained again and the drylock became wet and water began seeping through again, leaving a large puddle on the floor. I would not use this product to seal anything again, especially with cement.

If you can use a caulk gun you can easily use this product. My basement wall had a small 1/4 inch crack through it shortly after it was built in 1976. It was patched and whatever they used held up fine until this year when it began leaking again. I cleaned out all the old filler and widened the crack with an angle grinder then applied this Drylok filler. I did not fill the crack to the surface, just into the deeper and narrower part as it is not for wider areas. It rained heavily two days later lasting two days and one night and there was one small spot halfway up the wall that seeped a tiny bit. I marked it and allowed it to dry then scraped it out a bit more and applied more Drylok. It has rained heavily several times since my final repair and it has not leaked at all. I’m going to wait one more month then fill the wider surface area of the crack with Drylok Hydraulic Cement and should have a leak free basement for many more years.

When I was finishing my basement I trusted this brand to lock up and seal up cracks as necessary. The cartridge tube was a standard caulking gun style. Very easy to use and excellent adhesion. I would highly recommend to stop any leaks and penetrations As a reminder, wear some latex gloves as this can get quite messy. Overall, it is worth the value and I'm very satisfied with this product!

This stuff is great. Very easy to use and great results. Used it to fill cracks in my basement's poured walls and floors with near flawless results. The only reason I ordered it on Amazon is because I didn't know my Lowe's carried it and I ran out. Don't buy any other crack sealer until you have tried this. It is for cracks 1/4" and smaller.
