Tefal Snack Time SW341D40 Sandwich and Waffle maker, Stainless steel

Premium well-built and doing an amazing job thus far. No issues on this really as has performed flawlessly. Getting too much mix in will cause it overflow when cooking making mess on the side...but that’s more user error and once you get the fill quantity rights, its effortless really. There’s not too much to it really...switch it on, wait until light gives you the all clear and you are good to go. No settings to mess about with nor timer so it’s really just down to the chef. I'm ok with that as less to go wrong. The swap plates were part of the appeal, but seems quite hard to actually find stock of...I’ve been waiting on donut plates for months now (orders in, but del eta keeps moving). Not cheapest, but sometimes you need to pay to play and hard to be disappointed with it so justified price tag.

So far so good. Followed the instructions of the manual and it worked perfectly .We use it all the time. The trays come off easily so they can be cleaned . Easy to use and gets hot quickly. Very happy about this purchase.

Makes awesome waffles and toasties but cleaning a machine like this can be difficult. Try to clean it whilst it's still warm but be careful not to burn yourself.

I am very happy with this item. I had different brand as a present before which had to be returned. I made waffles, sandwiches. Works perfectly!!

Bought this sandwich maker knowing Tefal is a very good brand and looking forward to creating a nice plate collection as advertised by Tefal. The box contained two plates, one of which is within the machine and the other loose in the box. There is no box to store each plate as you would get if you were to buy them separately and there is no recipe book either. As such even if one wants to create that lovely collection of plates tidy in their boxes, this is not possible as you're always going to have two sets loose out of their box exposed to the environment.Although i didnt actually use it to assess its performance etc, i decided to repack it, send it back to Amazon and spend few pounds extra for the bigger model that actually contains the plate and their boxes.

Non stick plates that food sticks to all the time, waffle mixture comes out of the sides very easily, sandwich plates only hold a very small amount and if overfilled slightly the liquid portion runs out and is very hard to clean of all the nooks and crannies, my recommendations are don’t waste your money on this item
