I'm 6'7" vs I have large head 23 1/4. I ordered according to my head measurements and the hat is just a little too large for me. I can easily pull those hat down to my ears.I'm glad that's its a little too big because it's my plan to wear a sweat band on my head along with the hat.But anyway I love the hat and it looks great on my head.

Great for my grape! Had held up for a few washing machine cycles with no apparent fading, shrinkage, or other wear. I use it for hiking, yard work, and any other outdoor activities that last longer than the jaunt to the mailbox and back.My four star rating is for:Sun coverage is okay but this is not a super- wide brim so it performs as expected for what it is.Lightweight: The material is stout and rugged, as covers go. It could be made from a lighter-weight material but it would probably not retain its shape as well as it does nor last as long as I expect this will

I bought a 7 3/4 (see photo). I based the measurements on what is given on the websiteMy brickhead is 23 1/2”. This fits a little loose but the inside of the boonie says it initially fits loose (see photo).After using it at the lake all day, I wish id bought the 7 1/2

The sizing is different from what I remember. I had to try a few times before I got the right size. The poly/cotton material is quite good as I use it for running outside. It doesn't breathe on top as well as I'd like but it does breathe and provides sun protection for my ears and my neck.

I wear a 7 7/8 PC (big head) and the 7 3/4 fit perfect (not exactly snug). This thing is put together well. Great buy.

Needed a hat for a mission trip to Bolivia. This hat did the job. Kept the sun from burning my head. I still use it when I cut the lawn or out in the sun. Sturdy and practical. And the camo is cool.
