Great for keeping the sun off your neck and ears
The tensioner holds the hat on your head extremely well while not being uncomfortable. The shading even if it's windy is pretty good there's a small part of my neck that gets exposed when I lean over. Very lightweight and if you need to tuck the visor part into the hat it folds nicely and looks like a normal hat.

purchased for bike riding for under helmet. The bill is wide and long and the back skirt keeps sun off back.We have tried numerous options but this works best and is the most comfortable.

Saved this Alaskan Boys Bacon while playing Pickleball in San Diego
My wife and I are obsessed with pickleball but living in Alaska you mostly play indoors. Well we went to a pickleball clinic in San Diego and I cooked. No not cooked as in played pickleball well... cooked as in I burned my head shoulders knees and toes. Mainly my head and shoulders. I got this and it saved me from frying my skin off. I have a big head though... I wish this one size fits most fit me better. But it did the trick and kept me from burning worse. And it was fairly breathable.If your head runs big you might want to try somewhere else but for everyone else this is a great option.

Best hat to keep sun away
My husband burns so easily in the sun. He needed something to protect his neck, ears and face from getting burnt. This hat worked perfectly. Light weight and did not look bad at all. Would buy again.

Great hat
I love this hat, it is a lightweight material and keeps the sun off my face and neck. I had a small skin cancer removed from my forehead and this gives me confidence that I can go out on long Summer walks without having to worry about sun damage.
