This is a good product
I spent the first 6 months of 2022 in the United Stan Emirates eating manakish prepared by Egyptian cooks; it was amazing. My dough and methods need work but this cheese is spot on. My daughter and I ate my first attempt at manakish, and she gave the eyebrows of approval as she chewed her first bite. This cheese is delicious; I'll order it again.
