Product lives up to review

Instructions should be more clear. I had problems trying to make sure the connector pieces were applied to the right wires. Your Instructions should say which wires to connect to when engines have 2, 4 or 5 wires. And they don't. I got lucky by doing some reasoning and it worked. But it could have caused bigger problems if not hooked up properly. Maybe try installing one on engine first before selling your product, to work out the bugs and kinks.

Lousy Customer Service so Far

I've had my programmer for a week or so. The first day when I tried to install it, there was only a few autos with the color codes listed. Mine not being one of them. I emailed them that evening per the instructions to find the color code for the wiring for my vehicle. I am still waiting to hear from them. Forget about calling. There is no phone number listed anywhere on their website or in the installation booklet that comes with it. So now I am stuck with the task of deciding whether to return it or keep waiting, hoping they will respond to my email request for the color code for my vehicle. The box was labeled that it was for my truck. I can't attest to the HP or MPG claims as I have no way of connecting it to my vehicle. I can only attest to their having lousy customer service. That would keep my approval rating low in itself.

Didn't see any difference

Installed on 2014 Toyota Tacoma 2 weeks ago. I don't see any changes at all so far. I will give another 2 weeks and no improvement. Will uninstall and return

I felt the extra power the first day, Saves me some gas as well. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and to anyone who wants a lil bit of extra power and save some gas too. Definitely worth the money and time. I did have to contact the company to get the color code for my application due to my trucks color code not being listed and within a few minutes I received a response from them letting me know which wires to use. Thanks for the savings and power to my truck guys.

WOW this is great!

Great product. Installed as shown in direction , but was confused on which color wires to attach to. Customer service was great with providing in depth guide pages and exact color of wires for attachment. I'm in day two and it just keeps getting better. Thanks innovative !!!
