Flexible, light, rigid; some user advice
I wasn't sure how rigid .020 PETG was and my 4x8 sheets came rolled up in a long box. Upon opening the box the sheets came out nicely and reverted back to flat. There is a blue protective film on both sides of each sheet. They cut easily with a large scissors. I mounted these to frames for storm windows for a porch. I was wondering if they were thick/rigid enough, but they seem to be. They are lighter than thicker polycarbonate or other material at Lowe's, so I can handle these large storm windows easier. User advice: open slowly and deliberately or you may kink the rolls. Kinks seems to stay there once formed. Also, don't lay on concrete where they may be a pebble under it. This material won't break, but it can easily malform. Perhaps this can be corrected with a rubber mallet; haven't tried yet. Good stuff. I used .040 PETG for a window for a human-powered vehicle windshield (heat & mold). I think I picked the right thickness, .020, for this application, but time will tell if twigs, debris get thrown at it from high winds. Maybe .030 might be better, but it would also be heavier and not sure if my stapler would go through .030. My regular handheld staple-gun works well on this .020.

Quality, clear plexiglass!
I hung this on a wall and people tell me it’s almost unnoticeable (besides the glare from light). It’s good quality and a great value for the money. Make sure to understand the thickness of the material - mine came rolled up, which I was initially surprised because I didn’t think it’d be that flexible. Either way, it did exactly what we needed.

Use help.
Replaced a curved broken glass in curio cabinet. A little thinner than I had thought, but make sure you have help holding it in place while you glue it in position.

Handy plastic sheeting
Cut it up to serve as book shelf protectors to preserve the finish when sliding books in and out. It cut easily (score with utility knife and break) and has lain flat quickly. Clear and effective for the job.

Way to thin
Bought these for windows and the material is paper thin. Shipped to return and had to pay return shipping. Waiting on refund.

Too Thin.
Very thin and flimsy. I should have purchased much thicker ones for my project.

First time using PETG plastics, this is quality
The first time I have used this. The sheets are well made and perfectly clear. I’m using it to recreate a Vintage Radio dial cover. If your heat gun has a temperature setting, this material doesn’t start to shape until it’s above 400 degrees. I had mine set on 450 and it molded slowly, but perfectly formed for me. Keep your heat gun moving or you can heat through this material. I’m very pleased with the quality and clearness. Each sheet is also individual covered in blue plastic, keeping them scratch free.

Ease of use
I ordered the petg panels to cover the screens on my back porch. I used them to block rain on the side in which the weather normally comes from. The panels are extremely sheer and easy to work with. I found them easy to cut to size. Durability is to be determined but it appears that it will be good to excellent. Value for the money is exceptional. The panels were more than half the cost of plexiglas from the big box stores. I am very happy.
