do i have to do alot of work out in order to take this medicine ?

No, but if you don't take it like it says to it wont do much good. I have plateaued with my weight so it is hard to say what has caused it but this stuff is worth a try at least. It worked really well when I took it the way it was recommended. I guess you are supposed to take it with HOT water a while before you eat I think If memory serves???? I just know that the hot water was the key according to massive amounts of research I did previous to buying it :)
