nothing bad. it's just like a classic hair soap. not the best.

Both bottles were sealed tightly with plastic wrap and stuck together with removable glue/tack. The box came with air pillows...neither bottle had leaked. I enjoy this shampoo a lot, and I'm very happy with this order.
