I know that I can get my daily requirements of Selenium met by eating 1-3 Brazil nuts a day, but sometimes it's nice to change it up a bit. I like that this is a 2 pack of 2 oz. dropper bottles, so that makes it a better value. It's nice that it also has Vitamin C & Zinc in it to help boost my immune system. However--there are very low amounts of all of those in these drops (which is why I removed a star--I'll never understand why producers make products with such small amounts of ingredients & then advertise it like they've included enough to make it worthwhile), so I'll go ahead & use these up, but I probably won't order them again.

Can't get an accurate dropper full. Is it selenium or just pineapple concentrate that has selenium? Won't reorder this product.
