This is a great B12 plus other vitamins. Very tastey. Dosage chart, pay attention. Good value. I buy every couple months. It is my favorite one and took me a minute to find the best one that actually makes a difference in my mind body and soul. Energy giver. Color. Red. Easy to use.

I started using this supplement a few weeks ago, and I've already noticed a significant improvement in my overall health. My energy levels have increased noticeably throughout the day; I believe it is an effective supplement. The taste is pleasant enough, not too overpowering, and the product lasts for a reasonable amount of time, making it convenient to incorporate into my daily routine.

I will start by saying it does not taste good. At all. But it has made me feel so much better. That I will suck it up, swallow it with juice. That's my trick. I am on my second bottle, and I feel amazing. Within the first 3 days, I started to feel way more energy, my mood felt so much better, and my brain fog is considerably better. A plus for me, it takes away my hunger and cravings. I will continue to purchase.

UPDATE: I originally rated the product one star. I am also frugal when it comes to spending on supplements and requesting and receiving a refund on this item. I couldn't bring myself to throw it away despite my original complaint of the odor being so strong. The seller was responsive and quick, btw. So, I kept the bottle and decided to pinch my nose while taking these *organic* drops. *It can be difficult finding organic anything at a reasonable price.* Well these drops seem to work; I feel more energetic and sharper minded, more alert or awake after taking them. The trick for me getting over the odor wasn't to pinch my nose, but was to shake the bottle more vigorously before dispensing and holding my breath a little longer while letting the drops sit sublingual-y for several seconds more than usual. The taste and odor weren't as bad doing this; contrarily, the flavor tasted more like chocolate-raspberry, and sweet. I can't say though how my breath smelled--you'll have to ask my husband. In essence, I did receive this bottle for free since the seller refunded my original purchase, but I'm willing to have that refund reversed since the product has produced results after I take them. ********************* The taste, texture (unusual thickness) and odor (smells like a plant fertilizer) of this Vit B Complex are disgusting. With the scent + taste, I just about gagged after dropping it under my tongue. Unfortunately, this product isn't returnable. I should have read the one- and two-star reviews before purchasing; shame on me. I will be purchasing my past sublingual Vit B product.

Amazing product. I had a severe B vitamin deficiency and I couldn’t tolerate all other pill form supplements. This caused a lot of stomach issues for me since my body wasn’t able to absorb B at all. I tried this and after one week my stomach issues completely went away. It has a sweet taste to it and works really well. If you have stomach issues and can’t find an answer I highly recommend this product.

Honestly I must say that it worked for me on the third day of using it, I have carpal tunnel syndrome and my hands stopped having night cramps and also the pain in the neck disappeared, I lasted like this approximately two weeks I used it as the manufacturer says, the cons is that it is very sweet, it says it has little sugar but the truth I doubt it because it is sweet even for me that I am not diabetic watch out for it

Love this, I do not tolerate pills, so I looked this up, and based on the reviews I thought I’d try. I’m not sorry I did. Tastes good, it’s vitamin B so it has that taste too, but it should if it’s potent. And it is quality. I take it in the morning, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my energy level and mental clarity throughout the day. I’ll be reordering it.

OMG I WISH THAT I’D USED SOONER!!!! I’ve told everyone about this. Instant energy within less than 5 days of using this product. I used to be tired and sleepy all day long and I no longer have that problem. I am now full of energy no matter what time of the day it is. I use one dropper full in a 16.9 oz bottle and put in the fridge. So I do drink it cold. It’s tasteless but it does smell like vitamins. Nothing that would deter me from using it. Buy it, Trust me you won’t regret it!
