I swear by footpads. Always use them for a week every month or when i am ill with sickness/cold etc. Had the best sleep ever last night. I always know there working as i can feel mild aching sometimes in the legs and around the knees and the next day-perfect. Toxins are clearly been drawn out.

Didn't had a good experience with it

I have used all of these now, and can honestly say I have not noticed any great benefit from using them. I feel that whatever is inside the pouches simply reacts to moisture from the bottom of my feet which turns the pouches black, creating the illusion that something is being drawn from my body in some amazing way. Not convinced and I don’t think I would buy them at current price of £9 (up from £5 when ordered).

It's hard to say whether these patches actually work. They might not stay on your feet through the night unless you wear socks or something similar to keep them in place. I also find the pictures a bit misleading—one of the ingredients is black powder, which gives the patches their dark colour when they come into contact with moisture. It's still too early for me to tell if they're making a difference, but I plan to continue using them until I finish the pack.
