Very easy to use and would recommend that this item is used at night while sleeping if you are ambulant as would be awkward to try and wear with shoes. It drew something from my body as in the morning they were black and sticky, will continue to use this item

I’ve been using these Detox Foot Pads for about a week. They’re easy to apply and comfortable to wear overnight. The pads change colour in the morning, but that’s due to sweat reacting with the ingredients, not actual ‘toxins’ being pulled out. My feet felt relaxed and a bit less tired — a nice self-care product, but don’t expect a detox miracle.

I was very skeptical about these patches but after using them a couple of times notice a big change in the way I felt. First use showed yhe patch had tuend completely black and the second time there was hardly any black. No need to use everyday. Perhaps once a week is enough to ensure you've removed enough toxins and heavy metals. Excellent product, works as described

I find this product helps with neuropathy in my feet ie severe tingling which can disturb falling to sleep. These patches seem to relieve it somewhat . I can’t vouch for that for others however

I find the product interesting. Especially waking up to see how a patch without moisture becomes damp and darker. It has done some work while one is asleep. I am repurchasing to notice extra benefits.
