Excellent, the Gouda Cheese gives you a great taste of Holland.
Having been to the Nether lands a number of time and especially being in the town of Gouda, this Beemster Cheese is excellent. I prefer the aged cheese; it has a nice buttery taste and is easy to shred for different dishes.
