They inflate to seal the drain but do not pulsate to push they clog through.The choice is simple connect a hose to a sink line, put the Drain King down the line your cleaning as far as you can go. Slowly turn water on to full pressure on cold water only. 90+% of the time it’s clears drains. Or you can get out a small hand snake, or larger K-50 drain machine which is much messier + plumber rates.
