Great item
I use headlamps daily for up to 10 hours. These headlamps are great. Easy to adjust, brightness settings are easy to adjust, lightweight, this newer style is brighter than the older style. I do go through batteries fairly fast, but, I also bought a charger for alkaline batteries so it's not a big worry. I've purchased 6 of these so far. All vehicles have one as well as in shop and house.

Best Headlamp $20 can buy....period.
I have 3 of these....I’ve used them for a few years now and I’ve never thrown one away.I work in telecommunications, and they are standard issue because they are inexpensive, durable, and effective. You can pay $60 for a tacti-cool light that’s brighter but I’m not really sure you’d have a BETTER light.I’ve used the brand that rhymes with ‘toast’ but I had trouble with exposed wires breaking.I’ve used headlamps with rechargeable batteries, but they always need charging when I’m nowhere near a charger.I’ve used $4 Harbor Freight lights that flicker badly enough to induce dizziness and wobble badly on stretched out bands. The Nightstick lamps provide more than enough light to work by, even in complete darkness. The headband is rubberized (no slip) and the lamp is rubber coated to withstand being dropped or rattling around in a tool box for years. The lamp is also weather and water resistant and will tilt up and down as needed to illuminate your work or light a path. The switch is encased in the rubber housing and seems to be very durable, and the battery compartment has a locking screw to keep moisture out and the batteries firmly connected without the flickering that cheap headlamps are plagued with. They are fairly comfortable even when worn for hours.Finally....Since they’re only about $20, you won’t have to call your insurance agent if you lose one (it’s unlikely that you will break it) but you WILL be wanting to get a replacement, because they’re that useful.

Great headlamp
Unlike cheap headlamps, the three modes actually are useful: spotlight, wide light, both lights. Well made and very durable. Have used one for years. Indispensable in power outages and work at night.

Good lights and service
These are great, I have a bunch of Bayco lights. One got real bright, (Not one of these, a hand held one) hot and burnt out as soon as it came out of the package. I called them, spoke to an American in America and it was taken care of. None of this press 1 then 2 then 5 then leave a message companies.
