Over all i love it i just cant be bothered but this face is not SNOW WHITE WHICH I HATE IT its like a love hate feeling , my friends says its lovely but all of them make comments that doesnt look like Snow White </3 but oh well ^^

I ordered one from their website, on opening one of the suspended characters was missing, and Dopey, next to Snow White, was not the same as the illustration, number of batteries instructions stuck on battery compartment were incorrect, despite this ordered a replacement, on arrival the hanging ‘pendulum’, according to illustration, was missing the solid ‘bar’ and had a chain like the other two, incidentally of different lengths, and of course Dopey next to Snow White was still not the same as their illustration only showing one leg as other leg covered by coat, painting of characters also differs from illustration, also on the hour the dwarfs rotate into the ‘mine’ as they should, but do not always stop at the front spoiling the view, also I have seen there ad saying a melody is played, there is NO MELODY, just a voice.... I’m afraid quality control is severely lacking, good job they have a good returns reputation!!

The pendulums are static, just images on a chain, the only movement is when the clock is on the hour and the train goes around with Snow White speaking. Very disappointing
