KOHLER1172936-CP Master Shower/Water Haven Shower head Service Kit, Polished Chrome

While I was relieved these shower heads are still available, the heads by themselves are normally in the $50 range each. This is the same shower head with a fitting for the WaterHaven shower unit which doubles the price due to a couple $2 parts being included. The updated design means that you'll lose some range of motion (kit does away with the double ball joint in the original shower head connection) AND you'll need to replace both heads if you replace one, otherwise they will no longer match in appearance or functionality. Stay under $100 on these & keep an eye out for used ones popping up.

I ordered this item because of the brand name KOHLER although I am still waiting for this item to arrive, and it sure feels like FOREVER!!!

We have a Kohler Water Haven shower system and the heads had begun to leak, probably due to our extremely hard water. The replacement heads have been discontinued and the KOHLER 1172936-CP Part Master Water Haven Shower Head Service Kit has replaced them.It is a well designed, well made product. The directions are clear and easy to follow. Someone with minimal mechanical skills should be able to do the installation.My one complaint is that the heads don’t swivel nearly as much as the originals. The original heads had two swivel joint, making them very flexible. The replacement heads have only one swivel joint, making their spraying angle much more limited. While the originals could be angled 45-50 degrees, the replacements only swivel 20-25 degrees.
