Good value
Good ,fresh yeast and lots of it. I use it for baking bread, obviously, but also for making slug traps - yeast, flour sugar and water. Cheaper than beer and slugs love it.

The 'go to' yeast for me!
I keep the pack in an air tight box in the fridge.It keeps exceptionally well and is ready for immediate use. No wastage.

It took a while to get the right quantity, then it worked very well.
It is good yeast. It took some time to get used to the quantity as I was using the wet one, but in the end, it does the job very well.I use it for bakery and pizza, and the results are fantastic.

Always buy this bridge East it’s really good value to buy in bulk like this. It lasts me so long probably about a year..

Didnt last
Product arrived on time and well packaged. I had purchased because the yeast is not UPF. I decanted into a glass sealed jar and used for eight weeks. It was fantastic while it worked. For the last three bakes the yeasts is no longer working. I bake every day but even so I still had half the packet left so this was an extremely wasteful product. If you want no UPF great but don't expect it to last.
