Good products and good price
I bought them and brought them to my month-long trip to Argentina. They worked great in all my hotels. They provided a solid, steady connection. Thanks.

This adapter worked well throughout Switzerland and made it easy to connect and use USA electrical appliances.

Worked like a charm
I purchased these for a trip to France. I got the two-pack, in case one didn't work or I lost one. Both worked well and fit every plug that I tried them in. It's great that you can plug two things into it at the same time. But what I personally found useful was being able to plug a variety of plug types into the same adapter. My wife could use her 240v heating pad (with a two-prong Europlug) at the same time as she charged her tablet (US plug), from the same bedside outlet. You can even plug these adapters together in a chain so you can keep them together. These adapters should be pluggable into any Schuko type (France/Germany) outlet. The main side appears to accept plugs of the following types: North America grounded, Schuko (although there is no ground pin sticking out, so it won't be grounded), UK grounded (flat and round), Italian, and possibly others that I don't recognize. The secondary plug appears accepts North America two-prong, ungrounded Schuko (aka Europlug), and UK shaver plug. I only tried it with North American two-prong and Europlug plugs, so I can't say definitively that it will work with anything else.As mentioned by others, this doesn't convert voltages, so make sure whatever you plug into it will accept the voltage of the outlet you plug it into. For devices that have rechargeable batteries, the AC charging adapter should say what voltages it accepts. Most chargers these days will accept 120v-240v, so you shouldn't need any kind of voltage conversion to charge your cell phones, computers, razors, etc. Anything that works directly off of AC current will probably need a voltage converter, which will be much more expensive.

Worked great in Bangalore
Worked great in Bangalore. Fit all plugs perfectly and my Belkin SurgePlus 3-Outlet Mini fit stayed attached to it throughout the trip so I didn't have to carry more than one. The US plug could have fit a bit tighter, with this hanging out of the wall with the Belkin SurgePlus hanging off of it, the whole thing sagged and exposed the plugs, I had to prop them up with a book.

Works perfectly for Argentina
Used this on a recent trip to Argentina. This type of adapter fitting worked everywhere we went in the country.

Did not work at all in Switzerland
The adapter on the left works. It was purchased in Switzerland. Notice that the product here, on the right, has a different, rounded shape. It does not fit into Swiss outlets. This adapter is completely worthless in Switzerland.

Great for my trip to the UK!
These adapters (not converters!) are awesome! They fit perfectly into every outlet I came across in the UK and worked for my 2 and 3 prong US plugs. The coolest part about this adapter was the capacity for a second plug in the top! I would take one of them with me to the office and leave one of them at the flat I was staying- plugged in. It was recommended to me that I plug in my cord to the adapter FIRST, before plugging the cord into my device or even before turning my device on, to avoid any surge- so I did that, too. There were one or two times when I was pushing my US plug into the adapter (and sometimes it took a bit of force when they were brand new) that I saw a spark. But there was no issue. I'm just glad it wasn't connected to my device yet- just in case.Be aware- these are NOT VOLTAGE CONVERTERS! However, I found for the items I was needing to charge (iPad, iPhone, laptop, etc) that those power cords had variable voltage capacity. Check yours before you travel. If your plug/ device you are plugging in does not have variable voltage, then you might need a converter, too. The charger/ plug should say something like "Input 100-240~." As long as it has a range that spans the US voltage and the UK voltage, you wont need a converter at all.

Advertised for South Africa. Got to South Africa and had to buy one as it didn't fit a single outlet and infact was for India. I don't plan on going to India but thanks for the waste of money.
