When you need action, this is the start!
I gave this all five stars. I even gave the Sheerness rating five stars!But then I am not sure that Thickness is a normal issue with clapboards that would make you judge them good or bad. It is thick enough to be sturdy but not take up too much room so I gave it five stars.As far as Sheerness goes, it is not actually see through fabric, or likely to tear or tear neatly. I can't easily link it the the town Sheerness in England to it and it does not seem to want to drive off the edge of the road. But since driving off the road does seem to describe an action scene I give it a five!

Do not buy this I can't even erase the dry marker off
I've purchase a lot of these cheap clapboards over the years. This one is by far the worst one! On a film shoot after a few takes we started having problems removing the dry erase marker which rendered this unusable. I'm going back to my other cheap clapboard brand!

What you’d expect for the price.
It’s a little flimsy. Most dry erase makers don’t wipe totally clean. You will need to tighten all of the screws to make sure they don’t fall off when using.

Nice clapper
What can I say... it's a clapper. You may have to tighten the screws up once in a while, but that should really be expected... works great, looks great. Enjoy!

screws come undone and falls apart; dry erase does not erase easily
heading says it all; this was useful for a couple of days and then slowly became less and less reliable until the final screw fell out; little more than a toy at the moment; this may be what it was all along

Good for the Price
It’s pretty good for the price. I tightened the screws in the top after removing it from the packaging and haven’t had any issues with it falling off just yet. The marker comes off pretty good for the most part, but if you leave it on there for any longer than I did, I can see how it might be a problem. Some parts came off easier than others.

Nice clapper
This is a nice clapper board but the screws come loose all the time, if you’re not careful they will come out, I have to tighten them every time I use it, other than that it’s pretty nice, I have two of them, don’t clap it to hard because the wood will split
