Laptop looks good some minor wear and tear scratches but still looks good. Battery Life doesn't last very long unplugged reasonable understanding due to the fact that the laptop is refurbished.

Amazing product, I've bought like 5 for clients, for the price you can't beat it. OK, yes, no touch screen, or USB 3.0 but its got an HDMI port amazing keyboard, an optical drive and a NiC!!!! Im senior I.T. and keep one with me at all times for 2ndary tasks.Recomendation, get the 16 gigs upgrade, yes you have to toss the 2 4s in there and add your own 2 8's. I have a very similar laptop that I use for work and I love it...so I searched for a computer with similar features, operating systems, memory etc. I thought this was the one as it matches every thing about the one I have and love...but it has been very disappointing so far! For starters, it will turn itself off or go to sleep mode randomly while I'm working which is super annoying. The battery life is poor as I only get about 1 1/2 - 2 hours of unplugged usage, less if I am working with videos or high traffic items. And worst of all, it is SLOOOOW as molasses. It takes about 30 seconds to a full minute to load a page and if I am scrolling, it will frequently get stuck and/or lag about 5-15 seconds before it will scroll. This issue is not connected to an internet concern as I had that evaluated and my other devices do not have such problems. I invested in having a tech guy set up this laptop for me and fear I will have to eat that cost simply to return this item!

As a refab Works well, looks ok. Only one very small scratch, was delivered well, was easy to set up. I never had a laptop before or a Dell. (A bit disappointed in Dell, thought Dell products were more robust) However, I’m used to desktop’s with a mouse. Small learning curve. I find the laptop a little harder to use. Software that was included are knock-off’s. But, I’m retired now & it does the jobs that’s needed for now.

My toshiba crashed last year and this identicale. So glad I found it, so far so ggod!!!

Battery only lasts a few minutes despite being fully charged

Great laptop the only pain is the battery lasted one year and Amazon will not ship Lethem battery to Alaska. So if the battery goes shop at eBay they will ship them to Alaska or Hawaii.

This computer is fully functional and there is a plus- It brings free Microsoft word 365 as long as a user has internet connected to it.
