These noodles are absolutely delicious and there are so many ways you can cook them! Size wise, I do wish more noodles came in each pack. The protein content is good and you can feel confident feeding this to your family. The texture is PERFECT - not too hard and not too soft. And they don’t get soggy! Great price too!

Super easy to cook, just like Ramon noodle packs except no flavor pack. Easy to add whatever spin you want, spaghetti sauce, or oil and garlic or just butter, the list goes on. But the texture and flavor are fabulous for a gluten free product. Gives me my pasta fix. But very forgiving when it comes to cooking them. One nest is a generous portion for one person or a small to medium portion for two people. The cost is high in my opinion.

I really like these gluten free noodles but they are hard to find in my area for an affordable price. I put them in all types of dishes. Highly recommend

Being gluten free means giving up a lot of everyday things people take for granted but after my son purchased these for me while visiting I had to find more to keep around the house and very pleased with this product!

I love this product. Make healthy ramen all the time and these are so easy to use. They often come broken in pieces when delivered but I can work with that. My husband is not a fan and things they are slimy. I enjoy them.

I love these noodles and I cook them in organic vegetable broth and use them in soup, salad or stir fry. I live 2 hours away from Costco and it is great to have them delivered to my house without having to drive so far away.

I use these in so many recipes as a replacement for glutenous noodles. They hold up pretty well. They are a little slicker than the traditional ramen noodles (the gluten makes them stickier) but they work well for when I'm craving ramen.

I bought these before and they are good for gluten free. They normally come packed in rectangular form just like regular ramen; but these arrive totally smashed.
