These stamps were perfect!
The package was well taped and the stamps were protected by bubble. I could not find a single the wrong with the stamps—there were no ripped or torn or bent stamps at all. Groups of stamps were in glassine envelopes. I will order again from this vendor when I have another project involving stamps.Margaret Howard
