BEBE Women's Valentina-Wheeled Under The Seat Carry-on Bag, Floral Branch, One Size

Love this purchase! Definitely worth the price! I searched "everywhere" - on-line, local discount stores, dept. stores, big box places, and this was the winner. A bit larger than most of the "under the seat" bags, with terrific storage and EASY access to everything with the full open zipper (NOT just across the top so you have to "dig" to find what you're looking for!) And really like the 3 top zippers that can quickly access wallet, cell-phone, passport, I-pad, Kindle, makeup, etc. (Eliminates the need to carry a purse, IMHO!) If you carry this bag when checking in (versus having it attached to luggage) it most likely will be considered a "personal item" rather than a "carry-on". However, it does fit the "standard" wheeled carry-on and balances well to get you on board. Pic shows it on top of my carry-on (which measures 20 x 13 x 8). A quick measurement of interior space shows this Bebe bag provides another 1400 cubic inches of packing space - more than half of my "carry-on" space! (Plus a bit extra for the side pockets!) Oh, and did I forget to mention its classy styling? Yep!

I needed a bag that fit the “personal item” requirements rather than a carry on, as the last flight I took did not allow carry ons. This fit perfectly under the seat, and I was still able to access items I wanted during the flight since the bag and pockets zip up to the top of the bag. It is very lightweight, but good quality. I was also able to fit a fair amount of items in it- definitely enough room for 2 outfits, toiletries, and travel items in the pockets such as phone chargers, keys, wallet etc. I had a checked bag so I didn’t try too hard to stuff it, but I’m sure you could fit a bit more if needed.

We fly Southwest Airlines, so that’s what I have based this review on. I am about 5’1” so without assistance and without climbing in the aisle chair, there is no way I can lift a big ol’ carry on into the overhead compartment, so an under the seat carry on is what I was looking for.There are a lot of great choices and popular brands on the market for this type of carry on, most plain in color but I wanted something cute yet subtle. I love the option of carrying the bag on my arm through the aisle way of the airplane and rolling it through the airport when needed! I have read reviews on this carry on about the roller handle being kind of flimsy, it is a lot thinner than most luggage brands but I feel that it still does the job.There are a lot of pockets and the top pocket is a great size to fit your airline ticket, passport/ID and phone when shoving them quickly back into your bag rolling through security checkpoint.

Positives first: it's adorable. I had quite a few compliments on the cuteness. I was color coordinated, so I'm sure it completed the entire look (even though that was NOT a thought). It fits nicely under the seat. The compartments are well placed and functional as well.Negatives: I ignored the wheel reviews, and while the 2 wheels still are not a deal breaker, I will say that the issue is annoying. All my suitcases and my daughter's carry on have 4 wheels. I was the one frustrated when it wasn't in the right direction. But it was a quick annoyance and we were on our way. All the same, I wanted to address this here.A couple reviewers said the telescoping handle didn't extend far enough. I'm 5'8" and I found it fine. Granted, my arms are long but it wasn't an issue for me.The biggest drawback from my vantage point is that I used the reviews to purchase based on the fact that their laptops fit. I have a 15" Dell and from the dimensions, it should have worked. But the structure makes it difficult to insert in the bag. I had to put mine in at a weird angle to fit (and that was a struggle); it resulted in a loss of accessible storage space.

I bought this travel bag for my girls trip to San Francisco with my sister. It’s an absolute great buy! It fit under every seat on each plane I boarded with no problem. It’s very roomy and has several pockets with zippers inside and out. It can fit a lot inside and I just love it! I had no issues rolling it and putting the handle up or back down. Just perfect and pretty at that!

I just returned from a trip where I used this bag as my underseat personal Carry on. The compartments and pockets were perfectly placed for easy access on the plane trip. The design is great, the telescoping handle worked well and the bag piggybacked on my checked luggage...plus, it's a very attractive bag!

Haven’t used it yet but I really like this bag. It’s a lot bigger than expected but that’s not a bad thing. I intended this bag to be used as a misc. toiletry bag but I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to use it as a full blown carry-on for short trips. It’s as described, very pretty and well-made. Tons of easy-access pockets and very roomy. I like the upright accordion-style side pockets which also contain two interior pockets—one mesh and one satin. Items will likely stay put there. I also like the abundant internal pockets, many of which are mesh to help with aerating wet items. I price compared this bag and got it at a great price at the time of purchase. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This luggage is perfect for a weekend trip. I used it for an overnight trip out of state and I still had room in it for more. The one negative, which cost it two stars for me, are the wheels. They only roll one way, and with the width of the bag, I couldn’t roll it straight down the plane aisles- I had to awkwardly turn it to its side, and lift it by the telescoping handle after rolling it part of the way. After being accustomed to the all-turn wheels on my other luggage, it was a bit annoying to adjust to this while navigating crowds at busy airports. I received comments on how cute the bag was, and love the print- very classy floral, two words I wouldn’t normally put together.
