SAMSUNG - Galaxy Note 9 128GB - Lavender Purple - US Warranty (Verizon)

I was looking for a reasonably priced Galaxy Note 9 and after looking through the reviews decided on this seller. The phone I received looked brand new. I am shocked at how pristine this phone is. I took it to the Verizon store and even the rep there was impressed. We set the phone up and everything works perfectly. I got this phone for my gf and she is thrilled as well. I am looking for a phone for myself and will use this seller for my phone. Thank you very much!

So happy to get my Note 9, that I'm writing a review! I ordered it day before yesterday and got it yesterday evening. It doesn't come in original packaging just because it is used certified. It is like if you get a used PS4. One thing that I didn't like is that it didn't come with a Samsung charger but I already have 2 because I have Samsung so not a big deal. It looks like a brand new phone.I went from a S9 to the Note 9. I love Samsung, I have had Galaxy since they came out with it. I love the size and look of the Note. The battery so amazing too! Way better than the S9. S9 was a great phone no doubt had it for a year and a half and loved it but I wanted the note and I came across this and had to get it. I love big phones so I wanted to upgrade went the price was right. This is a great price for this phone. I'm very pleased.

The phone had no scratches it looked perfect. Everything worked great until I was on a call. The other person would hear a distorted echo of their voice. The seller was very helpful and quick to respond. Unfortunately I had to return the phone. I would recommend this seller * DNCL-TECHZONE, INC

Replaced my old (broken screen)galaxy note 9 with another note 9. The newer models don't have sd card or aux port. I really liked my old galaxy so I just wanted to replace it. The first one I ordered had an issue with the "speaker" option during phone calls. The mic only worked when not in speaker mode. I really need hands free for calls so I had to return it. I reordered a new one from this seller and it works perfectly. So happy I could find a new phone in an outdated model. Considering how long ago they quit making this phone the battery is even working great! Thank you

I was so happy to get my S9 note. First thing I saw was the s teen had scratches and was hazzy looking. Then the phone would not make a phone call. Then it would not connect to internet. I missed so many jobs in 2 days of trying to figure this out that it just was not worth it. I finally called tech support with Verizon, after 50 minutes.. The outcome was, the phone was no good!!!Cost me more money than what I even paid for the phone.. Very disappointed.

Like most of the reviews written here I was apprehensive about buying a 3rd party refurbished phone, but so far it's been great. The phone was in fantastic condition and my Verizon store had no issues with activating it. They were also impressed with the condition of the phone. Battery life is not bad at all, but compared to my old pho e anything would have been an improvement. Very happy with the product for the price.

Phone arrived on time. Phone is like new. Came in Samsung box with all of its accessories. Major upgrade from a Note 5. Swapped out my sim card, transfered all my docs and photos. I was amazed how easy it was to get it up and running.The only thing was all the updates afterwards. But I'm not complaining. Thanks for a great product and awesome experience.

The phone was not factory unlocked when I got it but I found a way to unlock it. The phone works very well and is in a close to new condition. Worth it for the price I got it for.
