Xylotal
I have blood sugar issues. I am an 8 from blood tests, whatever that means. Sugar is the downfall of so manyre of us. I tried several sweeteners and none have ever been satisfying. I ventured into an Amish store where a small packet was found. I tried it and could not tell a great difference between Xylotal and sugar. Recently I bought a larger bag from Amazon and have been pleased with it. I cannot tell if it has made a big difference in my blood sugar numbers 140 to 190 to 200. That may be due to my failure to check my carb intake. Regardless this product and been the best so far. Note that everyone's palate is going to flavor respond. I do however recommend this product should you be looking to reduce your sugar intake. It is a one to one usage. Using it in cooking might become a bit expensive because sugar is cheaper than Xylota.

Taste good
I have been using this for many years and can’t live without it. I only use 1 tsp a day in my drink and it regulates my system. You can adjust and use less based on your needs. It tastes just like sugar.

Doesn't raise your blood sugar levels
I've used this for years. The price in Amazon is fair and the delivery fast. It tastes like sugar to me and dissolves fast and since your body doesn't recognize it as a sugar, it has no affect on your blood sugar levels that I've read about.

Love this brand. I did buy another brand once, but prefer this one.

Can't find it locally!
Use the product daily in my coffee and other foods. Best alternative so far.

4.5 stars at best!
I wish there was a 4.5 rating. I’ve been using the product for 6 years now and love it! A product of nature, harvest from tree bark. Imagine. My lower than 5 rating has to do with the higher cost for the product. Huge jumps! I’m still buying it but not happy.

Perfect
A plant based sweetener w/ lower calories than sugar. (Not calorie free.) The “tols” like xylitol, sorbitol, & others are sugar alcohols. Each of us reacts differently to these sweeteners. Sorbitol wrecks my GI system while xylitol is fine for me. I use it like table sugar and in cooking & baking.

Have used this for a long time
I really like this product. Have used xyletol for a long time, and this brand is the best. Hope they don't discontinue it now that sweeteners are in controversy.
