Very easy on the stomach. They are bigger and don’t dissolve easily but I just make it it work.

Great for healing Psoriasis!!
My daughter was suffering from a horrible psoriasis flare that left her itchy, bleeding and in constant discomfort. We cleaned up her diet and found a Functional Medicine doctor and finally started seeing a difference. He told us to start taking a Zinc supplement. We noticed the most DRAMATIC improvement within a short day or two once she started taking just half a lozenge of this product. So grateful we found this, only wish I had known about it sooner!

Great for reducing my anxiety
This is the best zinc I have used! I have to take zinc daily for pyroluria along with B6.This brand delivers all that I need. It have greatly reduced my anxiety, I believe due to the aminoAcid in it! It can also be cut in half for when I need more due to stressful situations or less if needed.

Good quality, lacking in flavor
Great product quality wise, the flavor is not bad, not good either, a bit chalk like. I wish they could improve the flavor and texture but for chewable zinc it’s the best I have found quality wise.

Digestive distress
These were advertised as gentle on the stomach, but they are not.

Helps prevent a sore throat!
I could easily take a capsule, but for some reason I gravitate to the lozenge. If you dont want the full dose, just bite it in half. Super simple. Its obviously not candy, but the taste is pleasant for a vitamin. Could be a coincidence, but sucking on one of these when I first start feeling the symptoms of a sore throat seems to really (if not completely) stop it in its tracks.

WOW! I USE THEM FOR COUGHDROP REPLACEMENT and I love them. I recommended them to my best friend and she later as we were discussing my use for them through a night of suffering (that would have been unbearable with out the tabs) said OH wow I didn't even think about it but when I had that bad sore throat the other day and took 1 it was gone ! I would live a day without them in my house (I hope I never have to)
