R-8 HVAC Duct Wrap Insulation Reflective 2 Sided Foam Core 4' x 25' (100 Sq Ft)

It is a great product that took our central air system bill to 1/3 almost to what it was. Only second month owning this home and decide to do something about AC running all the time . This works great and it paid foe itself in 1 month of saving on the eletric bill. Definately recommend. Fyi....find good tape !

Decent product for insulating my basement ducts. Easy to handle and cut.Honestly can’t tell a difference in my heating system or energy bill. But I’m sure the efficiency of the system is better.I recommend

Good product - one of few R8 insulation products around. Little pricey but works great.

Product is easy to cut and install. Provides a clean and neat looking finished product. Time will tell if it’s worth the price and insulates well. I currently recommend this over fiberglass.

I needed refractive vapor barrier on both inside and outside to better insulate cold air duct from outside into Renewaire Series L. Original insulation was wet and causing mold as it was not sealed properly and installer did not follow manufacturer's guidelines. Double vapor barrier is the solution. Easy to work with and install.

I used this great product to insulate my inner duck work to the filter box. It did a great job keeping the box from getting cold and sweating. It also helped keep my living room warm since the filter box is adjacent this wall. I plan to next insulate the outer box next. The vendor recommended the use of gorilla glue spray to secure the product to the ductwork. Excellent product!

This product is easier to install on existing duct work than conventional Fiberglas duct wrap and appears to do a decent job of insulating ducts. It's easy to cut and make custom pieces to go around register boxes. According to the product information, it's R-value is the same as traditional fiber glass duct wrap.

We started off with 4 1/2 cubic yards of pea gravel dumped into the opened registers throughout the building. Ducts were then re-assembled and sealed with mastic to save some 20 to 30% in energy. I liked that I could get this foil-faced insulation/vapor barrier through the mail, and even though it was somewhat spendy, the advantages and finished product was well worth it for even more efficiency. I used another product for the first part, but this is comparable in quality. Much better than nasty fiberglass insulation that gets everywhere and falls away! I put a scrap of carpet on top of the insulation that covers the ground, and used "christmas tree" clips in quickly drilled holes along some concrete surfaces to hold the material in place. Top edges were secured with wood strips to the plate atop cement block. Great stuff!
