10/10This has to be one of the best flavors I've experienced in the world. I love the flavor so much. It's such a strong potent explosion of delicious in your mouth.The only downside is the spiciness... it's like an additive effect as in the longer you eat it the hotter it gets. It doesn't kick in right away so once you start eating a few it'll be fine until it hits you like a truck. This is coming from someone who likes spicy food but doesn't eat it often enough to train the taste buds.The problem is that the flavor is so amazing that you want to keep eating it, but it's so spicy that you're in pain! I had to drink milk to help me and even then I couldn't finish it. I gave the remaining 1/4 to my brother's.If you follow the instructions on the package they will turn out perfect. Soft chewy pieces of heaven.

I loved these rice cakes. I’ve been wanting to try these and i’m so glad I ordered them. The problem was with Amazon. I’m assuming one of their workers had taken one of my packages of rice cakes, because when I opened my box, the bag was ripped open and only had two containers of rice cakes. I was very disappointed:( I requested a refund, but I wanted Amazon to know that this happened. I am not giving this company a bad review because they were so good! I was just upset that I was missing one whole container of the rice cakes.

If you're like me and you are obsessed with rice cakes/Tteobokki that's spicy then this is perfect. You definitely have to follow the directions or else you'll get some tough/woody cakes, but the flavor is so good. I like to add a little bit of mozzarella to it and pair it with kimchi, dongchimi, fish cakes, spam or korean pickled radish.

Very good but very spicy!! I like spicy foods but each time I ate this I needed something to tame the heat! Flavor was really good and the texture was absolutely amazing for just being microwaved. All-in-all very good!

Was very delicious might be really spicey for some people was really flavorful easy to chew but chewy. Came quickly and packaged very well. I gave 2 to my sister who is really into korean culture right now. Good first step into instant korean cuisine. I imagine its soo much better when its freshly made. Would buy again.

The texture is better than other brands I’ve tried, the container is bigger so I think it allowed them to cook more evenly. So the reason for my lower rating is the flavor... it’s HOT. Now I know I know, it says spicy on there. But I LOVE spicy food I eat spicy ramen and curries and salsa and all sorts of things but... this is HOT hot. The kind where it kinda takes away all sense of flavor and I didn’t enjoy it as much. Looking into making my own sauce because the quality itself is really good!

Buldak is always worth it.

I had always been curious on how this rice cake dish tasted, and I'm not disappointed! The package arrived in perfect condition, and the sauce has to be the best part of the dish. The sauce isn't too spicy and the rice cake was very chewy. I certainly recommend adding some mozzarella cheese and other ingredients to it!
