Really like these because you don’t get that fish oil taste when burping. Not sure if it has help with cholesterol as I have not gotten tested again.

I had been on bed rest for over a week with sciatica pain even when taking Tylenol. I start taking the higher dose of this : 2 pills once a day and I am out of bed and cleaning! I still have a limp and some muscle tightness but, since taking this, I am not stuck or barely moving and I am still taking Tylenol but not as often after only day 3 of this supplement! I am looking forward to the end of the week at this rate and btw, this is my first time with a sciatica injury - even the urgent care doc meds (steroid shot and shot of pain meds) didn't have me like this on day 3! I am still on bed rest but at least I can actually rest rather than Rolling around and trying to get comfortable or out of a painful position. Omegas are supposed to help with inflammation and nerve health! Good stuff and would buy again!

I am on my second bottle of these Omega-3s, which I have on Subscribe & Save and haven’t changed the order. I store them in the freezer. The capsules in the first bottle turned cloudy upon freezing. The second bottle, the capsules appear unchanged from room temp. As I’ve read online, there are multiple factors for this, which I won’t make any statements for or against. But, I do want to call out the inconsistency in the capsule makeup which may be important to others.
