Hod, Large, Black Pellet Bucket

I bought this ash bucket to hold pellets in next to the stove. To start, it is a great improvement over having the half-full plastic bag of pellets sitting in our living room! The bucket seems to be made quite well and it has a nice flat black finish which will fit in nicely to any decor. In person, the bucket is much bigger than I thought when viewing it on line, as it holds forty pounds of pellets without a problem. I am able to lift it with the large handles with a full bag of pellets inside to pour them into my stove. If you use a lot of pellets (or clean out your wood stove daily), the large bucket may be best for you, but the smaller bucket may be adequate for most people who only use their stoves on occasion.

Excellent bucket. Holds a full bag of pellets. Looks good as it matches the flat black of my pellet stove. It is a large bucket but it needs to be. Extremely happy with purchase. Highly recommended!!

I use this as a pellet bucket for my pellet insert. It holds more than one full bag of pellets and gets heavy when full however it is easy to pour the pellets into the top of the insert. Easier than a bag for sure! Also will hold the leftover pellets so that i get "some" help from the family keeping the insert full.The handle is heavy and thick. When laying on the short side it stays on top of the rim. the other side falls into the bucket - not a deal breaker but a result of the elongation of that side. The bucket is attractive and well built.

This is a great product but make sure that you are ordering the right size. The large is really big! You may want to store it elsewhere, rather than next to the pellet store. I ordered the smaller one which is much more easier to handle and sits nicely next to pellet stove. Beware of return shipping costs which are quite costly. We may end of keepingthe larger one for some other purpose rather than lose such a large chunk of money sending it back.

Holds a whole bag of pellets, and makes it easier to pick up and load the stove with pellets! Perfect for what it is designed for!

I bought the smaller size and it’s perfect. Very well made. We use it mostly to hold kindling, but have put ash in it as well.

We put our wood pellets in this and looks great next to the pellet stove. It is big enough to hold a large bag of pellets.

Cheaply made...The seems on the bucket are all misaligned and the lip on the one I received was bent. Don’t waste your money!
