James Strawbridge is a great foodie, I have a couple of his books his style is just what I am looking for to take your culinary skills up to the next level, the recipes in the book are great definitely going to be trying them out . The style of the book is well laid out to understand. Would like to see him more on the TV.

Nice set of smoked receipts. Easy to follow and various ideas. Basis stuff for those starting off in smoking food.

Excellent contains everything I need to know about smoking food.

I bought this book for my son in the hope he might cook me a meal. It hasn't happened yet but the pictures in this book will make you feel hungry. I like the look of a lot of the recipes.

Bought it as it was one of the renown Haynes Manuals - a bit disappointed, high concentration on Hot Smoking though it would be better.

A continuation of the Haynes series. This is an excellent introduction to the mysterys of smoking various foodstuffs. Enjoy.
