Doesn't cut tin
Used it for cutting a tin box. The shape is so horrible that you can make a grip for cutting. In the US, I have used tin openers of a different design in which the product gets the grip of the tin and you rotate a liver sort of thing. That works much better. This design is extremely bad. You may as well use a sharp object and a hammer to open the tin.I haven't used it for opening bottles, so can't comment on that. As a tin cutter, it's an utter waste.
