Dimetapp is a name I have trusted for many years to bring comfort to my kiddo when he is sick. This is a good trustworthy brand to bring relief when he needs it the most, with no side effects. They come in a flavor kids like so you don't have to bribe them! This is a great brand; the reason I only gave them 4 stars is because I cannot give him this at night before bed because it makes him twitch and unable to sleep.
