The media could not be loaded. So far so good. I have had it running outdoors under part of the roof so the rain doesn’t hit it directly for a couple of weeks. We had to purchase a bag of river rocks at the home decor store, but it was no big deal. I like the sound that comes from the fountain. It makes a great addition to our new outdoor pad and I love the look of the style. I would recommend!

Great water noise, not too loud and but loud enough for our 800 sqft backyard. Easy to set up, only need to refill the basin about every two weeks in warm/hot weather. No water source needed, only electrical plug. Doesn't clog and we have it under a tree.

We bought this for our front porch and really enjoy this fountain. It is pretty sturdy and seemed very quite. The look is great-the base looks like real wood and the brass spouts also were very realistic. Unfortunately, within a month It developed white streaks from our hard water. It also splashed water everywhere. We switched to distilled water and hope this helps out. The spouts also developed white buildup. I still love it but am disappointed on how it’s deteriorating. I blame our suck ass California water quality though.

I purchased this for my mom for mother’s day. I was so excited to give it to her so she got it early. She just loves this fountain. The wood looks very realistic especially from more that 2’ away. I like the deep wood color and detail. The spouts are just a tad fake looking but really not bad. I’m picky and I really like this fountain. It was a great choice. The water sounds so nice and relaxing. I highly recommend it.

I needed a fountain for my backyard , we have a power line near. This is loud enough to drown out noises and looks nice

Came broken. The spouts are not metal, so one of them chipped off. My husband threw out the packaging so couldn’t return it. Really disappointing. It still works but nobody likes to pay over $200 for a damaged item. Ugh.

Just as described. Excellent workmanship, as expected. Very relaxing, not too loud. Great conversation piece. Received many compliments.

First, let me say that it is beautiful and sounds fantastic! Unfortunately after 5 days, it started leaking. Started slowly and within a couple of days, ALL of the water leaked out within an hour!😪 After spending about as much as it cost trying to fix it, I called Amazon. They gladly replaced it with a new one that so far is perfect.🙏
