This is a good question with STILL NO REAL ANSWER yet. I am willing to bet it is NOT a poured glue because even the manufacturer didn't understand your question. Most people do not know what you are asking. If it is a poured glue and not a double sided tape, they will say so. Even though I haven't received it yet I am willing to bet it is not a poured glue. I will inspect when I get it and update my response.
