Q: Can this be used on a mobile home?

I've used this on metal fences, exterior concrete walls, wood and it works very well. This will be fine on Mobile home siding as well. It is an excellent product and it works quickly

Q: how much will it cover on concrete driveway

A gallon did a sidewalk about 20 feet long

Q: I need to get rust off of metal weight plates. Will it damage them?

I don't know about metal weight plates. However, I used it on old concrete to remove rust stain, and rust stain remained leaving a clean spot around rust making it look worse that before.
