Q: How can I purchase more discs when needed?

Online from the company, I assume. Mine broke, I no longer have it.

Q: Is it safe to use for a long time (eg 30-60 minutes)? every other one we've tried either does burn out the motor quickly, or warns about leaving on :(

Absolutely not, I couldn’t imagine using it that long before burning or ripping through skin.

Q: Can this be used between toes

It will not fit in between toes.

Q: How do you know when its time to replace the disk?

I am very desaponted about this saxvon electric foot callus machine I couldn"t use it for one day. I ask you to return but you did not accept my request . how dare you to ask me my experience?
