Guava is a warm pink and Watermelon is a cool pink. So it depends on what kind of pink you're going for. I personally think everyone can wear a peachy pink, and not everyone can pull off bright cool pink. Given your olive undertone, I would go for Guava. I suggest getting a stippling brush like the one Real Techniqes sells for applying it, although you can use your fingertips, a stippling brush lays the product down more evenly.
