Quality service
Great headphones and even better service! i ordered a pair roughly 8 months ago and they served me well but then i started experiencing some static sound, luckily I had a years warranty. After messaging their team they sent out a new pair right away.

Great Earphones, Great Quality
The earphones were delivered very quickly and the build quality is great! I got these for my daughter so they have been through various scenarios of care during usage and still look and work as if they were new. The earphones come with a nice quality pouch which helps to keep them safe and secure.

Good design
Bought these headphones for my wife to use at the gym. Good design. Magnetic feature means they don't drop and drag or get caught on things when you're moving around. In-lead control gives much more control of the device than I expected - skip, replay, call answering and rejection, as well as volume control.Good sound quality - clear quality.

Excellent customer service
The headphones started cutting out so I contacted customer services. The replied promptly and politely pointed out that I had purchased the headphones more than a year ago. Even still they kindly offered to replace the headphone.The customer service provided is excellent. Responses to my queries have been very prompt and helpful. They have gone out of thier way to resolve the issue. I couldn't recommend TD Direct Store and their customer service department more highly.

They Are Ok
They don't compete with more expensive headphones but that's expected. They are a little bit tinny and it gets worse at louder volumes. I got them for use when riding my bike, they do the job.4 month UPDATE: The controls stopped working, can hear sound but can't change any settings.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing Earphones. Best I’ve ever had. Comes with handy free little drawstring pouch to put them in. Fantastic customer service. You will not be disappointed.

It's totally not working, the product arrived damaged , broken.
I am very very disappointed. I received this product yesterday. I was very excited , but it comes damaged. It was broken and totally not working. I need my money back or please replace it as soon as possible
