They’ve always worked great - all 4 of them! No problems at all!
I have purchased these ear buds 4 times spread out within the last 2 years. I did that because I wanted back-up pairs in case one should get old and “die” and Amazon stopped carrying them in the future. I depend on them for my sleep. I live in a noisy apartment building and pipe white noise through them so I can block the noise. They work perfectly. I have never had a problem with them.

Great, but…
These are great, good audio, comfortable, but when you turn them up a bit louder you can clearly hear what is playing. Fine for people who are using them at home or for office work, but not great for loud music.

Consider them disposable
This was my 3rd pair of Palovue earbuds in the last year. The first 2 pair lasted approximately 6 months before they failed for no apparent reason. I was lucky with this pair because they failed within a few days so at least I could get a refund. The sound and build quality seems good until they fail If you view them as disposable and want to pay $50-$70 per year replacing them their ok.

Quality is hit or miss
I was so happy to have a connecter that didn’t require an aux adapter, which I have found is always the weak link.I purchase two pairs, one, followed by another to replace the first set that I lost.The first pair was wonderful, connected solid and true with a satisfying “mini click” every time. No issues with the audio. Then I lost that pair and bought a second identical pair. Nothing but connection issues. I can’t even finish my Duolingo lesson on the train because the connector won’t connect which is why I’m here writing this review and regretting having lost my first pair.First pair: no connection issues2nd pair: worst than aux
