Q: Would this size bowl (20 qt) be large enough to knead and proof a large amount of bread dough (made with 5 lbs of flour)?

I wouldn’t know since I tried ordering this bowl TWICE and NEVER received it. Good luck getting it to your house!

The bottom of the bowl is flat, so it doesn't wobble.

Q: Does anyone have the dimensions for the 16qt bowl? I currently have an 8qt and it can barely handle a 4x batch of cookies.

I don’t know why you’re making 4 batches of cookies at one time, unless you’re supplying a group and need it done quickly. But if your 8qt can’t do 4, then the 16qt will. Because it’s bigger. Twice the size. Could probably make 7. I don’t have the dimensions, though
