Q: How long does one of the microfibre pad last?

We purchased an extra pad with the mop. We use these pads alternately. We’ve had the mop and pads fir over a year and they are still in very good condition. We use a pad daily and ensure that it is washed and allowed to dry.

Q: How long does one lad last?

Depends how often you you the mop and how large an area you use it on. I've had mine over a year, mop a large kitchen/diner but not every single day. I wash it in the washing machine

Q: Do you get 6 of the micro fibre pads as per the title or 1 as per the description?

1 was vert disappointed only to receive one. 1 thought I was getting a pack of 6. Very deceptive.

Q: Arrived broken, I want my money back? Or get a new mop

I would have it exchanged for a replacement mop.
