These supplements seem to aid in better skin health. They are larger capsules but easy to swallow, without any adverse effects or off-putting scents. Will continue taking for maximum efficacy.

Pretty large pills considering you are supposed to take 4 at a time. After going through the entire bottle, I didn't notice any difference, so for me it didn't really work. That's not to say it won't work for everyone else. Everyone is different. But for me, with no clear benefit, it's not worth it for the money. The pills do have a slightly fishy smell, and they have a lot of vitamin A. If you have issues with acne, feel free to try this before moving onto prescriptions. It could save you money.

The serving size is a bit much at 4 capsules per serving and they are medium to large size capsules (like fish oil capsule size). They also do have a fishy odor to them which is not pleasant to me. That being said, after taking it for 2 weeks (I'm only taking half of the recommendation as its too much to take 4 capsules for me), no negative reactions and also not many new acne appearing so maybe beneficial? Taste wise they have no taste despite their fishy smell. It comes in a gelatin capsule to mask the taste.

My son is suffering from cystic acne , as did I and accutane worked wonders for me. unfortunately my son's derm wants him to try everything but accutane first. So I got him this while he is using the topical prescription from the derm. Does it work like Accutane.. Absolutely not. Using accutane I was clear in about a month. My son still has acne, but I do notice he has less scarring . So this might be helpful in that regard but it's not getting rid of it like Accutane. Still may have benefit but it's no accutane. Use with the topicals your derm gives you until you can take accutane!
