I add these to my moisturiser
Vitamin e for the skin is amazing..I cut these open and add them to my night time moisturiser as my skin can be really dry and this helps..there seem to be alot inside them enough for 2 nights..Great big sealed bottle with plenty of capsules

Serious doubts about claims on label
On paper this sounds like a fantastic supplement and unbelievable value - so much so that I don't believe the Nutritional Information section on the label at all. Let me explain. It states that it contains 1000mg of Tocotrienols per capsule, with 95% delta and 5% gamma tocotrienols. This would make it the absolute strongest such supplement on the market, which for this price and from a less well known UK supplier I am sceptical - esp. on Amazon where inaccurate labels on supplements on common place for local suppliers (has happened multiple times). In addition, if you chew it, it tastes of lecithin, which is unusual for a supplement claiming to be liposomal (which is a good thing!), but no real feeling of it being strong at all (i.e. the tocotrienol content). I have had strong toco supps before that contain 50mg of tocos per soft gel, mainly alpha and beta toco, and they feel strong. If this claims to have 95% delta, and not any alpha toco, I think that is highly unlikely also. I think the 1000mg refers to the weight on the contents of the soft gel (which in total weigh about 1.4g), of which the actual toco content is a small percentage. So basically we have no idea whatsoever how much tocotrienols and which ones in what ratio it contains and the manufacturer needs to update the label asap.
