Taste awful- medicine flavor
Taste was horrible. I had to mix with chocolate silk almond milk to force it down. Even then it was gross. Made me super lethargic and no energy. The only thing I noticed from it was appetite suppressant. I love to eat, and I had to appetite at all.

Lots of hype and celebrity endorsements but I could not tell any difference whatsoever before and after I forced down it's lovely chemical taste.
