This chair so so comfortable, simple to build and has so many adjustment options. Seat and Back are prefectly shaped and are really comfortable. It has a foot rest, and you can raise and lower it .The casters allow for smooth movement and the wheels don't roll around when you're laying all the way back either and keeps you feeling connected and not like you're going to fall off.Everybody in the family so far loves the reclyning feature and the foot rest.

As a big individual, My husband is a wide load and not tall, 5' 6" & 370 lbs,finding a comfortable and sturdy chair has always been a challenge, but this chair exceeds me expectations.The chair is designed to support up to 500lbs,The build quality is exceptional. The leather upholstery is not only luxurious but also easy to clean and maintain.The flip-up armrests are a fantastic feature, offering flexibility and convenience.It’s a fantastic investment for anyone who spends hours at a desk and values quality and ergonomic support.Overall, this chair is worth every penny.

Excellent chair for appearances, size, and comfort. Sturdy high-quality materials very demure very mindful very professional. Worth every dollar spent. I have really bad back problems and with the pillow especially has great lumbar support. It leans back, I can't sit still for long, so I really enjoy the pull out foot stand that I can prop my feet up or out. My husband assembled it in less than an hour, it was not hard to put together, Highly recommended!!

I am giving it 4 stars because of the foot rest. The chair itself is quite comfortable and big. I am over 6' and it fits me good. When reclining you need a pillow for your head but not the pillow it comes with. The foot rest leaves a bit to be desired for me. The foot rest is really hard to pull out or put back if you are in the chair. It is too low and too close for me. It might be okay for a small person but a small person does not need this big of a chair. It has very good wheels and it floats like on a cloud. In my opinion the chair is good but they need a little more thought in the foot rest as it is lacking.

Ok, this chair is comfy. Buuuuut, the seat leans forward with no way to adjust it. I always feel like I’m going to tip over if I have to grab something under my desk. But comfort, 5 stars.

This chair was easy to installation . Very good quality, I was very pleasantly surprised.The adjustability on the chair is adequate. It lets you go up and down, adjusts the lumbar support and you can adjust the tension on the rocking mechanism.It is extremely sturdy and spacious. the cushion is well build feels good for my back support. The whole chair is at a good weight and build so you don’t flip accidentally. The rollers are good quality, very smooth and durable. Great chair though and great for my home office! If you look around though and can't find one with the features you want for a better price, then I'd recommend this one.

My first mistake was buying this chair. My second mistake was recycling the box and packaging the chair came in because 4 days later I would be returning this chair if I could. The arms will not tighten up and the back will not stay in place. This chair is the worst purchase I have made in years. I am already shopping for a new chair less than a week after receiving this chair. I would set the chair on the curb with a "FREE" sign on it, but I doubt anyone would take it. Do not buy this chair.
